If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical evaluations.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the 3D scanner in its original packaging, including all cables, calibration boards, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at an authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
